本政策适用于唐人日报网站和移动 App，说明您浏览新闻、使用统一账号、社区、评论、同步、私信和推送功能或联系我们时，我们如何处理信息。
我们收集的信息
您可以不登录浏览新闻。选择注册或登录时，我们处理您提供的邮箱或手机号、认证信息和用户 ID。选择使用社交功能时，我们可能处理昵称、简介、头像、封面、图片或视频、社区帖子、评论、个人动态、私信、关注、屏蔽和举报。登录用户的收藏和阅读历史可以跨设备同步；启用通知时，我们处理与账号关联的设备推送令牌。网站和服务还可能记录 IP 地址、访问时间、浏览器或设备类型、页面访问及必要的安全和故障日志。
使用目的与追踪
这些信息用于账号管理、提供用户选择的功能、同步内容、发送通知、审核公开内容、预防滥用、保障系统安全、回复支持请求和履行法律义务。唐人日报不销售个人信息，不使用这些信息进行跨 App 或跨网站广告追踪，也不在移动 App 中使用广告或分析 SDK。
公开内容与用户选择
经您主动发布并获准公开的社区帖子、评论、个人资料或动态可能被其他用户看到；私信仅供会话参与者使用。请勿提交 A-Number、证件号码、详细住址、未成年人信息或其他不必要的敏感资料。照片、视频和通知权限均由您选择，您也可以不登录继续阅读新闻。
服务提供商、保存与安全
我们使用托管、数据库、内容分发和推送服务提供商处理提供功能所必需的数据，并要求其仅代表唐人日报提供服务。数据通过 HTTPS/TLS 传输。账号和用户内容通常保存至您删除相应内容或账户；收藏、阅读历史和通知偏好可在 App 内清除。安全与删除完成记录可能在履行防滥用或法律义务所需的最短期限内保留。任何网络系统都无法保证绝对安全。
删除与联系

This policy applies to the Tang Ren Daily website and mobile app. News can be read without signing in. If you choose account, social, sync, messaging, media, or notification features, we process the account identifiers, profile and user content, app interactions, and device push identifier needed to provide those features. Optional photos, videos, and notifications require your choice or permission.
We use this data for account management, app functionality, moderation, security, support, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, use it for cross-app advertising tracking, or include advertising or analytics SDKs in the mobile app. Data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS and handled by service providers acting on our behalf.
