【干货整理】USCIS案件状态全解析（I-589 / I-765 / I-131 / I-730)

很多人申请 I-589 庇护，I-765 工卡，I-131 AP或旅行证，I-730 庇护家属后，每天都习惯性地点开 USCIS 的 Case Status Online，或者 Case Tracker 查状态。

USCIS案件状态绝大多数就是字面意思，没有那么多玄机。而且大字标题状态下面都有一段更详细的英文说明。

可是，偶尔申请者看完后，还是不太明白自己的状态究竟是什么意思。而且也确实有一些状态，乍一看没事，实则已经有所变化。或者看似有喜，其实可能只是平平无奇。

以下是我这么多年来，实战中总结出的USCIS案件状态解释，希望对你有所帮助。由于移民局经常不时更新系统，加入新状态，如有遗漏，也欢迎指出补充。

小知识点：有人问，为什么这些状态的大小写看起来这么奇怪？其实原因很简单，这些状态并不是「句子」，而是 Title Case 的写法。所以大部分词的首字母都会大写，小部分维持小写。

Advance Parole Document Was Produced

预先假释文件（AP）已制作。

AP已经做好了，可以出境使用。

详细说明：On [date], we produced your Advance Parole Document for your Form I-131, Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records, Receipt Number [receipt number]. We will mail your document to your address of record and you should receive it shortly. If you have moved since you filed your form, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new address as soon as possible. If you have not received your document in 30 days, you may submit a case inquiry with USCIS at www.uscis.gov/e-request.

Application Is Pending

申请正在审理中。

比较宽泛的状态，说明你的案子还没有最终决定。等候庇护面谈时，也有可能从 Next Step Is an Interview 突然变成此状态。也常见于庇护面谈后仍然没有结果。但庇护面谈后未能通过，发出NOID时，也可能会出现这个状态。与 Decision Is Pending 状态雷同。

详细说明：On [date], we received your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number], and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describe how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Application Was Closed

案件已关闭。

有几个可能性：1. 你主动撤回案件了。2. 也有可能是移民局以其他理由终止你的案件。3. 也有可能是移民局将你的案件转交移民法庭。

详细说明：(A) We closed your application and we informed you of the reason when we notified you in writing. You must contact the USCIS office that has been handling your application if you believe we should not have closed your application.

(B) We closed your application and forwarded it to the immigration court for adjudication. We explained why in the notice we sent to your mailing address. For further instruction, please review the notice you received. If you have any other questions regarding the status of your application, please reach out to the immigration court with jurisdiction over your case.

Application Was Received

已收到申请。

移民局收到了你的申请，一般会发出回执 / 收据。

详细说明：We received your application and sent the receipt notice to you.
You will also receive a separate notice for your biometrics collection appointment. You and any family members listed as dependents on your application must attend your biometrics collection appointment(s) at a USCIS Application Support Center before you appear for your asylum interview.

Approval Case Decision Rendered

案件批准决定已下达。

顾名思义，申请获批。

详细说明：On [date], we approved your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number]. If you do not receive your notice by [date], please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Biometrics Appointment Was Scheduled

已安排指纹预约。

移民局要你去打指纹。注意查看指纹信。偶尔其实你已经打完指纹了，但是仍然停留在这个状态，也是正常的。

详细说明：On [date], we scheduled you or a dependent included on your application for a biometrics collection appointment and issued you an appointment notice. You and any family members on your case who received a biometrics collection appointment notice must attend your biometrics collection appointment(s). Please follow the instructions in the notice.
If you filed your application online, you must print your appointment notice and take it with you to the Application Support Center. If you filed your application on paper and do not receive your biometrics collection appointment notice in the mail, contact the USCIS Contact Center at (800) 375-5283.

Card Was Delivered to Me By The Post Office

证件已送达。

移民局确认邮局成功派送，若未收到需尽快联系移民局或 USPS。

详细说明：On [date], the Post Office delivered your new card for Receipt Number [receipt number], to the address that you gave us. The tracking number assigned is [tracking number / UNAVAILABLE]. Card Was Mailed To Me

证件已邮寄给你。

注意查看信箱，一般 14 天内可收到。有时会出现邮件追踪号，但最近经常不能看到追踪号码了，只是写 UNAVAILABLE。（解决方法）

详细说明：On [date], we mailed your new card for your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number], to the address you gave us. The tracking number assigned is [tracking number / UNAVAILABLE]. You can use your tracking number at http://www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section. If you do not receive your card by [date], please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we send your new card to you. Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

邮局已取走证件准备投递。

USPS 已经从移民局取件了，随时会派件。

详细说明：On [date], the Post Office picked up mail containing your new card for Receipt Number [receipt number]. We mailed your card to the address you gave us. The tracking number assigned is [tracking number / UNAVAILABLE]. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section. Card Was Produced

证件已制作完成。

工卡或绿卡等制作完成，即将邮寄。

Case Closed Benefit Received By Other Means

案件已结束（因你通过其他方式获得身份）。

比如你原本申请工卡，但之后庇护通过，就不再处理原申请了。

Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS

案件仍在处理中。

常见于 I-765、I-730 等申请，也见于案件长时间无更新时。

详细说明：As of [date], your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number] is still being processed. We do not currently need anything from you but will contact you if we need additional information regarding your case. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Case Was Approved / Case Approved

案件获批。

顾名思义，就是案件获得批准了。

详细说明：On [date], we approved your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number]. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by [date], please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Case Was Denied

案件被拒。

案子不幸被拒绝，请尽快查看通知内容决定是否上诉或其它补救方式。

Case Was Received And A Receipt Notice Was Sent

案件已被接收并寄出收据。

移民局已经收到你的申请，而且发出收据 / 回执。表示案件进入审理程序。

Case Was Received

案件已被接收。

移民局已经收到你的申请。

详细说明：On [date], we received your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number], and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

案件已转移至其他办事处。

可能因为案件类别调整、地点调整等原因，案件转移到移民局的其他办事处。

详细说明：On [date], we transferred your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number], to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by [date], please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Case Was Updated to Show Fingerprints Were Taken

指纹采集已记录。

表示指纹信息已录入，通常不会再发通知，也不会影响审批时间。

详细说明：As of [date], fingerprints relating to your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number], have been applied to your case. If you move, go to http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It

已收到补件/信件，正在审理中。

移民局已收到你提交的回应，正在审查。

Date of Birth Was Updated

出生日期已更新。

移民局系统更新了你的出生日期。

Decision Is Pending

等待决定。

比较宽泛的状态，说明你的案子还没有最终决定。等候庇护面谈时，也有可能从 Next Step Is an Interview 突然变成此状态。也常见于庇护面谈后仍然没有结果时，或庇护面谈后未能通过但发出NOID，或移民局收到NOID Rebuttal然后审理中。与 Application Is Pending 状态雷同。

详细说明：You completed your interview. The time it takes USCIS to issue a decision after completion of an interview may vary. At the end of your interview, an officer told you either: (1) you would need to return to the office to “pick up” the decision on your application in person; or (2) we would send the decision on your application to you. If an officer told you that you would need to pick up the decision on your application, and you fail to do so at the scheduled time, your failure to pick up the decision as scheduled is considered an applicant-caused delay for purposes of eligibility for employment authorization.

Decision Was Mailed

决定已寄出。

移民局作出了决定，信件正在路上。可能是通过、NOID、转庭，要看实际信件内容。

详细说明：We reached a decision on your application. You should expect to receive the decision shortly. You must follow the instructions in your decision letter as to what to do next.

Decision Was Picked Up

决定已领取。

你已经领取案件的结果。

详细说明：We reached a decision on your application. You recently received this decision in person. You must follow the instructions in your decision letter as to what to do next.

Expedite Request Approved

加急请求获批。

移民局同意加快处理速度，通常能在几周内看到更新。

详细说明：On [date], we approved your request for expedited processing of your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number]. We are processing your case and will send you a notice of action with our final decision. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Expedite Request Denied

加急请求被拒。

加急理由不够充分或不符合条件，仍按正常流程处理。

详细说明：On [date], we denied your request for expedited processing of your [form type], Receipt Number [receipt number]. We do not believe, based on a review of your request, that your case meets one more more of the expedite criteria and otherwise merits expedited processing. We review all expedite requests on a case-by-case basis, and we grant them at the discretion of the direction. Information regarding the USCIS expedite policy, including the expedite criteria, is available at http://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Expedite Request Received

收到加急请求。

你请求加急，移民局已经收到申请，正在评估中。

Fees Were Waived

费用被豁免。

通常用于 I-589 审批通过后，代表工卡不收申请费。如果是一个庇护案件，暗示庇护已经获批。

详细说明：On [date], we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number [receipt number]. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Interview Is Being Rescheduled

面谈正在改期。

移民局主动将你的面谈改期，并非因为你本人申请或造成的延误，因此不会影响你的工卡钟。新的面谈时间确定后，移民局会再送出正式面谈通知。

详细说明：We are rescheduling your interview. You did not ask us to reschedule, so this action is not considered an applicant-caused delay for the purposes of eligibility for employment authorization. Once we have scheduled your new interview, you will receive an interview notice.

Interview Is Scheduled

面谈已安排。

通常见于 I-589 庇护申请。移民局已定下具体面谈时间和地点，面谈信上会有说明。

请注意：有时虽然面谈已经安排，但移民局的系统不会立即更新您的案件状态。因此，不要只依赖案件状态是否变成 Interview Is Scheduled 来判断面谈是否已经确定。有些情况下，状态仍显示为 Next step is an interview，但面谈通知实际上已经发出。所以建议大家至少每周登录一次移民局账户，查看 Documents 栏目下是否有新的通知。

详细说明：We have scheduled your interview. You will receive an interview notice. Please read and follow all instructions on your interview notice carefully.
If you cannot attend your interview, you may request that we reschedule it. Requests to reschedule an interview are considered an applicant-caused delay for the purposes of eligibility for employment authorization. This applicant-caused delay will be resolved when you appear for your rescheduled interview.

Next Step Is an Interview

下一步为面谈。

通常见于 I-589 庇护申请。说明你已经进入面谈流程，随时会收到面谈通知。但绝不代表面谈时间已经确定。

详细说明：The next step in your application is an in-person interview. Once we have scheduled your interview, you will receive an interview notice.

邮件未能送达，已退回到移民局。
